You Reap What You Sow

Akosua and Kwame Gyan were so used to receiving confectionery from their mother every day when she came home from work. But one day all they got was a cob of maize each to plant in their backyard. While Akosua seized it as a good opportunity to do good work, Kwame chose to use half of his for popcorn. Akosua reaped more than she sowed, bringing so much honour to herself, her family and her school. The school’s campaign for backyard gardening received a great boost as she was made the ambassador to create awareness about the benefits of backyard gardening to the whole community. Both Kwame and Akosua learnt that you reap what you sow since “Your deeds, good or bad will repay you!”
